1. Payment and Confirmation

1. On receipt of your order and applicable deposit we will issue a confirmation invoice, and it is at this stage that a binding contract comes into existence between you and golfingdays.co.uk.
2. We will require the full balance for your golf day 21 days prior to the event. We will send you a final invoice confirming the balance required 30 days before your golf day.
3. It is your responsibility to check the invoice carefully and let golfingdays.co.uk know immediately of any error.

2. Alteration by you

1. If you wish to make any amendments to your golf day after the confirmation has been issued, you must inform us in writing and we will do our best to implement your request. In the event that we are able to do so, fax charges and other expenses will be payable by you together with an amendment fee of £25 per alteration per booking. However, if you change you're booking less that 6 weeks before the event this will be treated as a cancellation and you will be liable for the cancellation charges set out in clause 4.
2. If you wish to change any aspects of your event after it has commenced, we will do our best to help, subject to you being responsible for any cancellation/amendment charges. All such charges are payable locally.

3. If we have to make a major change

If we have to make a major change to your golf day, it is usually because of events beyond our control. In such an unlikely event we will inform you immediately and our objective will be to minimise your inconvenience. We will where ever possible offer you alternative arrangements as close as it is possible to your original choice. They may be of superior value - at our expense of course - or of similar value.

You have a choice of accepting or cancelling. Should you choose to cancel no compensation will be payable and you will be reimbursed all monies paid to us.  Clearly such refunds do not apply to changes caused by reason of natural disaster, technical problems affecting transport, terrorist activity or similar events beyond our control.

4. Cancellation by you

You may cancel your golf day at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person responsible for the initial booking and this is communicate to us in writing. As this incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as shown below.

5. Cancellation by us

We try never to cancel an event, but must reserve the right to do so. In particular we will cancel your event if you fail to make any payments by the due date.

If we cancel you event for any other reason we will inform you as soon as practicable and you will receive a prompt refund of your monies.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

The laws of England shall apply in all respects and the courts of England shall have sole jurisdiction.
